Virtual 1 miler + 10k Rules:
1. Download a fitness tracking app.
2. Walk/Run/Roll/Bike/Handbike either 1-mile or a 10k Labor Day Weekend(Sept. 5-7, 2020)
3. Upload your finishing times/results to the I GOT LEGS: Virtual Fit Club Facebook Group.
Registration is free, but donations to I GOT LEGS are greatly appreciated. I GOT LEGS mission is to ReEnable athletes with physical challenges, and support improvements to life changing technology.
